Key product terms: local-first gameplay, no required account for core play, optional Apple-managed in-app purchase unlocks, and no sale of hints or gameplay advantages.
License
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use node1988 for personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms and applicable Apple platform terms.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Billing, taxes, refunds, and payment controls are governed by Apple systems and policies. Purchases unlock game content and do not grant ownership in app IP.
Acceptable Use
- Do not reverse engineer, tamper with purchase controls, or manipulate protected runtime behavior.
- Do not redistribute game assets or legal page content as your own product materials.
- Do not use the app or website in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent ways.
Intellectual Property
node1988 branding, artwork, design, code, puzzle content, text, and associated materials are owned by Florida Logic Studio LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.

The app and website are provided "as is" to the maximum extent allowed by law. Availability, compatibility, and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Florida Logic Studio LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of or inability to use the app or website.
Changes
These Terms may be updated as the product, platform requirements, or legal obligations evolve. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
